Yes, all products sold on Sounds Orbit are 100% genuine and sourced from verified suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit or replica products.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You can place your order and pay when it arrives at your doorstep.

4. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

5. What are your shipping charges?

9. My product is defective. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a defective product. Share your order number and photos/video of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Simply enable Bluetooth on your device, open the case (for TWS earbuds) or turn on your headphones, and select the device name from your Bluetooth list. First-time pairing instructions are included in the product box.
